Shipping Policy (For EU Customers)

All items are shipped from Japan.
Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders to EU countries are generally delivered within approximately 7–21 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Delays by local postal or courier services
  • Busy holiday seasons
  • Weather conditions or international transportation issues

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Customs Duties & Import VAT

As all products are shipped from Japan, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments

If customs duties or import taxes are refused by the customer and the package is returned to us, shipping costs and any related fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

当ストアの商品は日本より発送しております。
ご注文前に、以下の内容をご確認ください。

配送方法・配送期間について

EU各国への配送には、通常発送後 7〜21営業日程度 お時間をいただいております。
ただし、以下の理由により到着が遅れる場合があります。

  • 通関手続き
  • 現地配送会社の遅延
  • 繁忙期（クリスマス・セール期間等）
  • 天候や国際情勢による輸送遅延

発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。

関税・輸入VAT（付加価値税）について

当ストアの商品は日本から発送されるため、EU加盟国での輸入時に 関税・輸入VAT（付加価値税）・通関手数料 が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用は、各国の税関および配送業者によって決定され、お客様のご負担 となります。

特に、一定金額以上の商品については、EU側で課税対象となる場合があります。

関税未払いによる返送について

お客様が関税・輸入税等の支払いを拒否された場合、商品が日本へ返送されることがあります。
その際に発生した返送料・手数料は、ご返金額から差し引かせていただく場合があります。
